A 32-room boutique hotel renovation featuring waterproof LVP flooring and modern flush doors for a clean, contemporary aesthetic.
The Process
Hospitality projects demand durability and easy maintenance. We recommended SPC luxury vinyl plank for its waterproof properties and scratch resistance. The modern flush doors complemented the minimalist design direction. All materials were specified to meet commercial fire and safety codes.
Results
The hotel reopened on schedule with a fresh, modern look. Management reports that the flooring has held up exceptionally well under heavy guest traffic, and housekeeping appreciates the easy-clean surfaces.
